Overview In this role you will coordinate end-to-end material flow in a Just-in-Time manufacturing environment to ensure parts arrive on time with no production disruption. You will partner with production, suppliers and transport partners to maintain lean inventory and high service levels. You'll monitor and adjust delivery windows, resolve disruptions, and drive continuous improvement in logistics performance.

Responsabilidades Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to align with JIT production schedules

Manage daily transport plans, carrier communication, and shipment tracking to prevent delays

Monitor inventory levels and trigger replenishment to avoid shortages

Collaborate with production planners and suppliers to align delivery windows





Resolve logistics disruptions including shortages and urgent shipments

Analyze logistics performance (OTIF, lead times, costs) and implement improvements

Maintain accurate data in ERP or transport systems for real-time visibility

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in logistics activities

Requisitos principales 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or production support in manufacturing

Experience in JIT or automotive lean manufacturing

Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and transport/warehouse management tools

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced plant

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent experience problem-solving under pressure performance collaboration
