Overview In this role you will lead Preply's M&A; agenda, shaping growth through acquisitions from strategy through close. You'll build the deal pipeline, partner with Finance, Legal and Product, and orchestrate end-to-end due diligence and integration. Your work will influence the company's integral expansion and product/world impact at scale. This is a high-impact, cross-functional leadership opportunity in a fast-growing, unicorn-backed tech education company.

Responsabilidades Define M&A; strategy and investment thesis aligned with growth priorities

Build and manage acquisition pipeline from screening to close

Lead financial modelling (DCF, accretion/dilution, LBO) and P&L; impact analysis

Conduct end-to-end due diligence across financial, commercial, legal, and operational areas

Coordinate cross-functional workstreams (Finance, Legal, Product, HR)



through deal execution and integration

Prepare board-ready strategic recommendations and executive presentations on opportunities

Requisitos principales 7–10 years of M&A; experience with ownership of deal execution

Expert-level Excel and financial modelling skills; capable of defending all assumptions

Proven track record of end-to-end acquisitions; post-merger integration a plus

Strong P&L; literacy and ability to operate in ambiguity and fast-moving contexts

Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to translate analyses into executive narratives

Ideally experience in EdTech, SaaS, or high-growth tech
