Overview In this Digital Enablement Manager role, you will drive procurement digitization and automation on a integral scale. You'll shape the digital strategy, assess emerging technologies, and lead adoption across cross-functional teams. You will act as a trusted advisor to business units and IT, delivering data-driven insights and value stories to senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades Develop and govern the digital enablement strategy with clear objectives, timelines, and KPIs Research and pilot AI, ML, and RPA to improve procurement processes and align initiatives Advise and manage stakeholders across business units and IT,



promoting collaborative transformation Lead AI transformation by coordinating AI solutions with RSS Demand to Pay and Roche Digital Technology Communicate ROI and impact of digital initiatives through data-driven presentations and reports Analyze current procurement activities to identify inefficiencies and prioritize digital interventions Guide implementation and adoption of digital projects, ensuring clear roadmaps and effective training Requisitos principales 5–7 years in a digital transformation role with at least 3 years in procurement Bachelor in Business Administration (Master preferred) Familiarity with AI, ML, LLMs, and Agentic Engineering Experience with e-procurement platforms, SRM systems, and spend analytics Strong project management, resource management, and milestone tracking Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Business-level English Proven ability to persuade senior stakeholders and lead change curious and inclusive mindset strong listening and communication willingness to experiment and share knowledge AI Models and Machine Learning LLMs and Agentic Engineering e-procurement platforms
