Overview In this role you lead high‐level client engagements within Life Sciences and Healthcare, driving strategic guidance and tangible deliverables. You will act as a business development ambassador, leveraging a strong network to grow Alira Health's footprint. You collaborate with cross‐functional teams to shape strategic projects and translate market signals into opportunities. This position offers influence across practices and a pathway to shape the firm's strategic direction and brand.

Responsabilidades Provide depth of leadership in Life Sciences and Healthcare; translate client needs into strategic projects and actionable deliverables

Lead business development and corporate initiatives; define BD strategies and act as SME on key domain areas; generate leads and cross‐sell services

Represent the firm in marketing and client activities; participate in due diligence, pricing discussions, and transversal offerings

Coordinate proposals, defend them through signing, and contribute to strategy and target setting for the company

Support recruitment, onboarding,



and career development; mentor Consulting Practice team members

Drive thought leadership within the Consulting Practice and align resources and processes to strategic objectives

Requisitos principales 13+ years in management consulting, private equity, Life Sciences companies, or HTA agencies

Graduate degree in Life Sciences, Business, Economics, or Engineering; PhD, specialized Masters, MBA or equivalent as a plus

International management experience in complex organizations

Recognized expert in a healthcare subsegment; experience with C‐suite and senior executives

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills strong influence and negotiation abilities excellent presenting and storytelling prioritization and effective time management entrepreneurial mindset with strategic focus relationship building with internal teams and demanding clients analytical thinking for unstructured/ambiguous challenges
