Overview In this role you drive manufacturing efficiency and standardization within Littelfuse's industrial operations. You will conduct time studies, capacity analysis, and resource optimization to identify improvements. You'll lead or join Kaizen events focused on waste reduction and process optimization, and implement cost-saving initiatives without sacrificing quality or safety.

You'll collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Planning to sustain continuous improvement and meet production needs. This position offers hands-on problem solving in a lean, cross-functional environment with a strong impact on production performance.

Responsabilidades Conduct time studies, capacity analysis, and evaluate resource utilization (labor and equipment)

Perform time measurements, process balancing, and productivity analysis to identify improvements

Lead and/or participate in Kaizen events focused on waste reduction and efficiency





Identify and implement cost reduction initiatives without compromising quality, safety, or delivery

Analyze production processes to ensure compliance with specifications and enable standardization

Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Planning teams for continuous process improvement

Requisitos principales Engineering experience related to Industrial Engineering fundamentals

Knowledge of resource planning (labor, equipment)

Ability to identify operational needs based on demand and adjust resources

Skilled in line balancing and adjusting resources to production needs

3–5 years of mid-level engineering experience

Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing (5S, Kanban, pull systems, quality, poka-yoke)

Hands-on experience with manufacturing processes and quick learning of product specs
