ABOUT THE ROLE

Rojo is looking for a Marketing Intern to join our Performance Marketing team in Barcelona.

In this role, you will support the planning and execution of B2B performance marketing campaigns, learning the fundamentals of paid media, content, and data-driven marketing alongside our Marketing Lead and business development team.

This is a 5–6-month internship, available 24–40 hours per week (full-time strongly preferred), with a minimum of 3 days per week on-site at our Barcelona office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaign Execution & Content

- Support the planning and execution of B2B performance marketing campaigns across paid channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).





- Help apply UTM tracking and build/read basic performance reports to support data-driven decisions.

- Assist with content creation, ad design, and social media posts, and help distribute content (video, newsletters, landing pages) to target audiences.

- Support content marketing and SEO activities to improve online presence.

- Learn to spot underperforming campaigns and help apply basic optimizations.

Lead Generation & Collaboration
- Contribute to inbound and outbound lead generation campaigns and support marketing automation tasks.

- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Lead and business development team on messaging, campaigns, and lead quality.

- Proactively identify ideas and opportunities to improve campaign performance.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required

- Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Genuine interest in digital / performance marketing, paid media, and analytics.

- A curious, proactive mindset — comfortable learning quickly with guidance and asking for help when needed.

- Good communication skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.

- Fluent English

- Based or able to commute reliably to our Barcelona office, minimum 2 days per week.





Desirable

- Basic familiarity with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta) or analytics tools.

- Experience with marketing automation software (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar).

- Spanish and/or Dutch language skills.
