We're looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist: a rare, versatile person who's equally energised by marketing and by a process that runs like clockwork. If you love variety, hate things falling through the cracks, and want your work to actually mean something — keep reading.

The role

This is a genuine combination of marketing and operations and that's exactly what makes it special. You'll be the bridge between our marketing and the real people reaching out for hope, making sure every single inquiry is met with care, speed and follow-through. One moment you're helping shape a campaign or a social post; the next you're speaking with a family and getting them booked for the assessment that could change everything for them.

You'll see the full journey from the first click to the first therapy session and you'll play a real part in it.

What you'll do

On the marketing side

- Support the execution and reporting
- Help create and coordinate content across social media and the website
- Contribute ideas to how we tell our story and reach the patients who need us most

On the operations side

- Own our patient inquiries end to end — capturing, tracking and following up so no one is ever missed
- Be a warm,



trusted point of contact for patients and families, and keep the day-to-day running smoothly alongside our clinical coordinator and marketing team

You won't be doing this alone! You'll work closely with an experienced international marketing lead and team, learning from people who do this at a high level every day.

As you master the fundamentals, there's real space to specialise and take on more whether that's deeper into performance marketing and analytics, content and brand, or operations and coordination. We invest in people who show up, care and want to build something. Grow with us, and grow into more.

- Speak fluent Spanish and fluent English
- Enjoy juggling marketing, data and people and stay organised through all of it
- Are proactive, detail-oriented and solution-focused: you spot what needs doing and do it
- Know your way around tools like Canva, CapCut or WordPress — or you're a genuinely fast learner
- Above all, truly care about the people behind each inquiry, because in healthcare, empathy is everything
