Overview In this role you drive manufacturing engineering for EFA FAL and prototype activities, enabling process industrialisation and continuous improvement across the Combat ME Team. You coordinate BO&S; processes, manage planning and risk, and deliver sustaining support on the shop floor. You will collaborate with multi-functional teams to solve complex problems and apply innovative manufacturing technologies.

This position offers impact on how we scale production and sustain high-performance processes within Airbus Defence and Space.

Responsabilidades Lead BO&S; processes, manage subcontracting, planning, CAPEX, risk/opportunity booking, and act as Export Control Focal Point and Technical Rater

Drive process industrialisation and change management, ensuring configuration control and ME standards alignment

Provide shop floor sustaining and operational support; resolve manufacturing issues via Kaizen and PPS





Assess and integrate innovative manufacturing technologies to meet future business needs

Create and manage technical documentation (Work Orders, Technical Instructions, Job Cards) per Manufacturing Engineering standards

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical problems and drive continuous improvement

Requisitos principales Degree in Engineering (Aeronautical, Industrial or related)

2 to 5 years in Manufacturing Engineering, process industrialisation, and planning

Proactive, organized, strong communicator; able to work under pressure

English and Spanish negotiation level (written and spoken)

Proficiency in BO&S; Management and tools: SAP, Excel, DeMaT, CMS, SIPLA, 3DAV

Pulse line methodologies and shop floor sustaining

Willingness to work rotating shifts and public holidays

Nice to have: Part 21 or MRO/Part 145 experience; NATO Secret clearance (HPS)
