You will work closely with international stakeholders and actively shape how we attract talent worldwide.Your key responsibilities include:Acting as Global System Owner for SAP SuccessFactors RecruitingManaging, optimizing, and continuously developing the SuccessFactors Recruiting modulePartnering closely with IT teams and HR stakeholders across global subsidiariesPlanning and leading system upgrades, releases, testing cycles, and rolloutsDesigning and implementinga integral recruiting process, incl. reporting and KPIsIdentifying and introducing innovative technologies, digital solutions,



and AI-driven approaches to further optimize recruitingWhat you bring:A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a comparable fieldProven track record in recruiting process and system optimization on a global scaleExperience in working with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting,Curiosity and enthusiasm for further digital tools, and application of AI in RecruitingExperience in international project managementStrong analytical, conceptual, and structured thinkingSolid understanding of GDPR, compliance, and audit requirements in an international contextFluent English (spoken and written);
