E-commerce Technician

Your mission You'll be responsible for managing and continuously improving Smileat's e-commerce stores, with Shopify at the center of your day-to-day work. You'll combine technical execution, UX thinking and data analysis to make our stores better, automate processes and help deliver new e-commerce projects from idea to launch. You'll work closely with different teams to turn business needs into practical, scalable e-commerce solutions.

What we're looking for

1–2 years of experience in e-commerce,



ideally working with Shopify ️ Hands-on experience managing Shopify from the backend and a good understanding of how an e-commerce store works

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and ideally some experience with Shopify Liquid ⚙️ Interest or experience in automation, ideally using Shopify Flow

Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data and spreadsheets

Interest in UX, CRO and improving the online customer journey ️ Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel

A proactive, hands-on and problem-solving mindset
