Overview

As Dynamics 365 Platform Owner, you steer the Microsoft business application landscape end-to-end, covering Dynamics 365 CRM, Business Central, and Power Platform-based custom apps. You'll own changes from requirements to go-live, driving digitalization and process automation across the internal IT stack. Collaborating with stakeholders and developers, you design scalable solutions and ensure stable operation of critical apps.

You'll lead workshops, enable user adoption, and manage access and security within the platform. This role offers exposure to modern tech, cross-functional impact, and a chance to shape our internal digital workplace.

Responsabilidades

Own end-to-end lifecycle of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform landscape (CRM, Business Central, custom apps)

Manage changes from requirements through design, implement, test, adopt and go-live

Identify opportunities to digitalize, simplify, and automate business processes

Design and introduce new Dynamics 365/Power Platform solutions

Configure and customize applications; coordinate complex developments with internal developers and external partners

Ensure stable operation of business-critical apps, including incident and problem management

Plan and coordinate releases,



platform updates and upgrades

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product/platform owner, developers and data engineers to build integrated, scalable solutions

Conduct workshops and trainings to drive user adoption

Support access, security roles, and license management within the platform

Take deputy/backup responsibilities for additional business-critical applications

Requisitos principales Several years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform or similar platforms

Strong experience in application or platform management, ideally in a senior/ownership role

Good understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM, Dataverse and Power Platform; Business Central is a strong advantage

Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and translating requirements into sustainable technical solutions

Pronounced ownership mindset and willingness to assume responsibility for a business-critical platform

Hands-on mentality with the ability to configure and customize applications independently

Experience with low-code/no-code development and platform integration is an advantage

Courage to explore new approaches, validate ideas quickly and continuously improve solutions
