Overview In this role you own the Identity & Access Management architecture at Factorial, building a scalable, automated identity ecosystem to support hypergrowth. You will collaborate with Legal, Security, and Infrastructure to align access governance while deploying modern automation and AI-driven operations. You'll shape how onboarding, provisioning, and lifecycle management work at scale, ensuring secure and efficient access across the organization.

Requisitos principales 3+ years of experience in IT systems, cloud infrastructure, or IAM Strong IAM core knowledge (identity governance, provisioning, lifecycle management, directory structures) Familiarity with modern automated SaaS management tools, agile methodologies, and AI tools like YepCode Excellent communication to work with Legal, Security and platform teams Desire to build clean, scalable cloud solutions with minimal legacy debt Azure AD / Entra ID Google Workspace
