Overview In this role you own the Identity & Access Management architecture at Factorial, building a scalable, automated identity ecosystem to support hypergrowth. You will collaborate with Legal, Security, and Infrastructure to align access governance while deploying modern automation and AI-driven operations. You'll shape how onboarding, provisioning, and lifecycle management work at scale, ensuring secure and efficient access across the organization.

Responsabilidades Design, configure, and maintain identities and roles across the organization

Build and operate automated provisioning/deprovisioning workflows for high-volume onboarding

Align access governance policies with Legal, Security and Infrastructure teams

Leverage AI tools and agile methods to optimize workflows and reduce manual tasks

Ensure SSO, application access,



and lifecycle management through collaboration with Support and Systems teams

Work with IAM tech stack: Okta, Azure AD/Entra ID, Google Workspace; integrations via YepCode, Webhooks, REST APIs

Requisitos principales 3+ years of experience in IT systems, cloud infrastructure, or IAM

Strong IAM core knowledge (identity governance, provisioning, lifecycle management, directory structures)

Experience in fast-paced tech environments or scale-ups with high-volume onboarding

Familiarity with modern automated SaaS management tools, agile methodologies, and AI tools like YepCode

Excellent communication to work with Legal, Security and platform teams

Desire to build clean, scalable cloud solutions with minimal legacy debt strong communication cross-functional collaboration problem-solving and initiative
