Role We're looking for a Content Manager (SEO) to drive organic
growth across our LATAM portfolio. This is a growth role. You own
the content that drives traffic and revenue across your markets:
which pages get built, which keywords they target, how they're
structured, how they're updated, and how they convert. Every
article you sign off on should have a clear purpose: to rank and to
generate revenue. You'll work across multiple LATAM geos (Panamá,
Ecuador, Colombia, Venezuela, etc.) and sites, deciding where the
opportunity is and turning that into a content plan that moves




rankings and revenue. Production support is part of the job, but
the outcome we measure you on is performance. What You'll Own

Content-driven conversions and revenue contribution Coverage of

Quality and accuracy of everything published under your markets Key
Responsibilities 1. SEO Content Strategy and Keyword Research Own
the content roadmap for your markets: identify gaps, prioritise
clusters, and decide what gets written and when, based on search
demand and commercial value. Run keyword research end to end:
volume, difficulty, SERP intent, competitor coverage,
cannibalisation risk, and internal linking opportunities. Map
keywords to page types and build the silo structure that supports
