The Role

As a

Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our Norwegian-speaking customers. You won't just be answering phones; you'll be providing solutions and ensuring a world-class experience.

Key Responsibilities: Assisting customers via phone, email, and live chat in Norwegian. Troubleshooting inquiries regarding products, services, or technical issues.

What We're Looking For Language Skills:

Native or near-native proficiency in Norwegian (C1/C2) and a good level of English .
