Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Occupational Therapist role based in Málaga.

The Occupational

Therapist will assess clients’ functional abilities, design individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to improve daily living, work, and school participation. The role includes collaborating with multidisciplinary medical and rehabilitation teams, documenting assessments and progress notes, and ensuring compliance with clinical and organizational standards.

The Occupational





Therapist will provide education and guidance to clients and families, support pediatric and adult populations as needed, and participate in ongoing quality improvement and professional development activities.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation, with the ability to design and deliver client-centered treatment plans.
- Relevant knowledge of Medicine and clinical practices to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Effective Communication skills for working with clients, families, and colleagues, including clear documentation and client education.
- Experience or interest in Pediatrics, including assessment and intervention for children in home, school, or community settings.
- Recognized degree in Occupational Therapy and any required professional licensure or registration in Spain.
- Ability to work on-site in Málaga, manage a clinical caseload, and maintain high standards of ethical and professional practice.
- Experience in quality-focused or regulated healthcare environments is an advantage.
- Ongoing commitment to professional development and familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
