As a Senior Data Engineer in the Performance Marketing Technology Team, you will design and scale data products that enable AI-driven marketing strategies. You will collaborate with data engineers, marketing managers, product managers, and data scientists to turn complex data into actionable solutions. You will shape the data platform roadmap, ensure scalable and cost-efficient infrastructure, and communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Experience with complex data initiatives and data architecture (ETL/ELT, data modeling, reverse ETL)

Data quality and governance to mitigate data loss and ensure privacy and quality

Experience with AI tools or AI-driven data solutions

Data orchestration using tools like Airflow or Dagster

End-to-end project delivery in cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, Marketing)

Agile/Scrum experience with iterative delivery

Mentorship and feedback abilities, including code reviews and data model reviews

Strategic communication to bridge technical and business stakeholders
