This is a full-cycle sales role where you'll own the journey from first contact and discovery through product demonstrations, free-trial management and ultimately closing new subscriptions . What You'll Do Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close Make approximately 80–100 outbound calls per day Qualify prospects and identify business needs Conduct client meetings and product demos Guide prospects through their free trial Convert trials into paying customers Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Track calls, demos,



conversions and MRR Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity Ensure a smooth handover to the Customer Experience team Leads are automatically assigned , allowing you to focus on selling and closing. Uncapped Commission Base: €30,000 gross/year Target monthly commission: €600 Your commission increases with performance: 80% target x1.3 100% target x2 (€1,200) 150% target x3 (€1,800) Quarterly Accelerator: Exceed 150% average achievement and your commissions for the entire quarter are recalculated at 3x .
