Overview In this role you own a defined portion of outbound orders from end to end, balancing automation with human judgment. You'll operate across channels and export/import tracks, ensuring on-time delivery and cost control while continuously improving the system. Compensaciones / Beneficios Culture of Freedom, Responsibility & Trust Flexible Working Hours Hybrid Work Model Summer Hours Exclusive Discounts Creative Office Life Responsabilidades Own a defined volume of outbound orders through the full sale-order cycle (delivery notes, invoicing, picking, fulfilment, shipping, delivery) Maintain service targets (OTIF 95%, chargebacks 95%) and ensure compliance across channels Manage export/import activities: select forwarders, negotiate rates, oversee customs and integral documentation Control transport costs and validate freight invoices, raising disputes when needed Track and report logistics KPIs (OTIF, SLAs,



chargebacks); perform ad-hoc analyses for decisions Monitor 3PL and carrier performance; liaise with forwarders, couriers, 3PL, accounting, and Ops Handle exceptions with human-in-the-loop workflow and implement corrective actions; identify recurring issues to automate Cross-train across regions and channels to handle peaks and transitions Requisitos principales Bachelor degree or equivalent operational experience in supply chain or logistics Experience in operational fulfilment, distribution, or freight/forwarder management, preferably in DTC, retail or fashion Experience with international logistics (export/import, customs procedures, documentation) for the export/import track Strong cost control skills with ability to validate freight billing and manage transport budget Solid data/reporting skills; comfortable with KPIs (OTIF, SLAs, chargebacks) Versatile and fast learner Strong communication and stakeholder coordination Results-driven with a continuous improvement mindset Odoo (ERP) BigQuery AfterShip
