Overview

As Partner Development Manager for the Italian Market, you will lead the acquisition and activation of strategic partners to scale Factorial's ecosystem. You will map the market, identify high-potential alliances, and shape joint value propositions with cross-functional peers. Your work will focus on building scalable partner networks and measurable growth through ecosystem-driven strategies.

This role offers the chance to influence partnerships at scale within a fast-moving SaaS context and contribute to Factorial's expansion across geographies.

Ecosystem Growth: scale partner network across verticals and geographies

Performance Playbooks: define KPIs, build dashboards, and iterate on success metrics

Partner Enablement: equip partners with tools and assets to represent Factorial

Growth Hacking: identify untapped opportunities and craft strategies to amplify impact

Requisitos principales 3-5 years in partnerships within a high-growth SaaS or tech environment

Natural networker with strategic thinking and ability to convert conversations into deals

Fluent in Italian and English with strong communication and negotiation skills
