Overview In this role you will own the pipeline generation for Factorial's partner portfolio in Italy, turning shared goals into concrete growth plans. You will craft joint GTM strategies with partners and drive initiatives that convert into pipeline and revenue. You'll analyze funnel performance and build repeatable growth playbooks that scale across partners, while experimenting with new channels and AI-powered approaches.

You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Partnerships to align efforts with Factorial's GTM strategy and ambitious growth goals.

Responsabilidades Own the pipeline generation strategy for Italian partners and translate goals into growth plans

Build joint GTM strategies with partners across events, campaigns, outbound, co-marketing, enablement and growth experiments

Analyze funnel performance, pipeline creation, and ROI to guide investments

Create repeatable, scalable growth playbooks adaptable per partner

Experiment with new channels, messages, formats, and ways of working to source qualified pipeline

Leverage AI and technology to accelerate campaign creation, research, prospecting, analysis,



automation and execution

Build strong stakeholder relationships and align cross-functional teams around partner initiatives

Own the pipeline performance of the partner portfolio and seek to increase impact

Requisitos principales Native-level Italian and professional English

Strong commercial/business mindset; marketing should translate to pipeline and revenue

3–5 years in Demand Generation, Growth, B2B Marketing, Sales, Partnerships or similar

Data-driven decision-making and ability to prioritize investments

Strategic thinker with execution capability and end-to-end GTM vision
