Overview In this role you will oversee the end-to-end implementation and data migration of general payroll for Deel's clients. You'll lead cross-functional onboarding, define payroll processes, and ensure accurate data transfer and smooth go-lives. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to manage scope, timelines, and documentation, delivering a reliable payroll setup that scales with customer needs.

Compensaciones / Beneficios Stock grant opportunities remote work flexibility WeWork access competitive pay healthcare and benefits inclusive workplace Responsabilidades Set up projects with onboarding teams and clients, run kickoff meetings, and manage implementation plans Manage client and project communications, reviews, and scope/delivery changes Define and configure client payroll processes and data requirements, manage payroll calendars Maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans and status reports Configure interfaces, reports, and systems for parallel and live payroll in month 1–2 Lead go-live, sign-off,



and documentation of client-specific needs and processes; generate payroll data reports Prepare and map GL reports as needed Serve as primary point of contact for payroll project matters with regular senior leadership updates Oversee end-to-end global payroll implementation to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery Gather client requirements and guide technical payroll onboarding with stakeholders Collaborate with HR and Finance for requirements gathering; ensure compliance with local laws Oversee data migration from legacy to new system; implement testing and change management Develop and execute testing plans to identify and resolve issues; manage transition to new system Maintain changeManagement practices to ensure a smooth employee experience Requisitos principales 5+ years of experience in global payroll implementation and operations Strong knowledge of payroll processes and compliance across designated location Experience with payroll systems and software Client-facing project management experience; ability to manage multiple projects Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master's preferred) communication collaboration problem-solving payroll systems and software data migration compliance with local tax and labor laws
