Overview In this role you will lead advanced planning and scheduling activities for complex projects, focusing on risk analysis and schedule optimization. You will implement planning strategies, develop WBS/CBS with project leads, and produce progress and risk reports. You will perform schedule risk analysis, identify bottlenecks, and propose corrective actions to keep programs on track.

The role involves coordinating inputs from multiple sources to deliver integrated master schedules and clear status updates. This is an opportunity to shape critical project outcomes in fast‐paced sectors such as data centres or life sciences.

Responsabilidades Develop and implement project planning/scheduling strategies and procedures

Coordinate WBS and CBS with project leads and contractor controls teams

Prepare staffing, engineering, construction progress reports and customized dashboards

Perform probabilistic and critical path analyses on integrated and contractor schedules

Analyze deviations from baselines,



identify bottlenecks, and propose corrective actions

Prepare Integrated Planning / Scheduling contributions to Monthly Project Reports and other presentations

Assess schedule impact of variances/changes and communicate effects

Prepare resourcing plans and peak leveling recommendations

Requisitos principales Expert experience in project controls and time/schedule management

Experience with project scheduling tools (Primavera P6 preferred)

Ability to consolidate multiple inputs into a master schedule and produce status reports

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Fluent in English and Spanish
