Overview You will act as the main interface to internal customers, ensuring visibility and protection, while driving on-time and on-quality deliveries. In this role, you'll manage material flows, supplier performance, and compliance to support Airbus D&S; products and launches. You'll collaborate across functions to implement corrective actions and optimize logistics, with a focus on a digital, impactful procurement environment.

This is a hands-on role at the intersection of quality, supply chain, and program execution. Compensaciones / Ventajas flexible working arrangements Responsabilidades Interface with internal customers on SQCDP, reporting and coordination during ordering Collaborate with stakeholders during the ordering phase and interact with suppliers as escalation point Monitor supplier performance KPIs and manage tendering (RFQ) and invoicing follow-up Raise risks, track actions, and initiate mitigation for deviations to industrial targets Support planning and inventory boards, and manage risk methods in planning Manage Non-Conformity containment (L1)



and ensure product protection and flow Oversee inventories and implement supplier action plans to control stock levels Contribute to improvement projects and share best practices Ensure ethical & compliance working in line with Airbus Code of Conduct Analyze delays, prioritize urgent issues for emergency assembly lines and customer support Pilot short and long term action plans to improve logistics flows Ensure availability of export control licenses related to hardware deliveries Perform defined quality inspections up to product delivery including software Conduct investigations and containment actions with SO and supplier Attest conformity of product to approved design via certifying staff Requisitos principales Masters degree in Industrial/Aeronautical Engineering Minimum 5 years of recent experience in Quality and/or design office close to the product Experience in MRTT/A400M programme in the above departments Stakeholder management Problem solving and risk awareness Strong collaboration across cross-functional teams Quality assurance and compliance Incident and non-conformity containment (L1) New Product Introduction (NPI) involvement
