Overview

As Plant Quality Manager at Hager Group in La Roca, you will lead the local Quality team and drive the highest quality standards for existing products and new introductions. You will implement and continuously improve the Quality Management System in line with ISO/VDA requirements, and lead structured problem-solving to enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence. You will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to meet quality objectives and support Group quality standards.

Responsabilidades Lead and develop the Plant Quality team and promote a strong quality culture

Ensure product and process quality for existing products and new launches

Implement and continuously improve the Quality Management System (ISO/VDA)

Drive problem-solving using Six Sigma, 8D, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis





Support internal and external audits and track corrective actions

Analyze quality metrics and initiate improvement plans to enhance performance

Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to meet quality goals

Serve as contact point for Group Quality and implement Group quality tools and standards

Develop the yearly Quality Improvement Plan in alignment with Group requirements

Requisitos principales Several years of experience in Quality Management within a manufacturing environment

Proven leadership experience with team development and motivation

Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and quality tools (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, VDA 6.3, Six Sigma, 8D, FMEA)

Analytical mindset with data-driven problem solving

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to influence and drive change across functions and levels

Fluent in English leadership stakeholder management change management
