Overview In this role you drive strategic transformation by translating data-driven insights into concrete plans. You will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, shepherd initiatives from analysis to execution, and maintain governance through clear communication and progress tracking. You'll produce executive reports and dashboards to inform leadership and align teams with the program's objectives.

Responsabilidades Analyze business data, trends, and performance indicators to identify opportunities

Translate analytical findings into concrete action plans and initiatives

Coordinate stakeholders across functions and teams

Facilitate discussions, workshops, and alignment sessions

Monitor action plans, dependencies, risks, and deliverables

Track progress against objectives and KPIs

Prepare executive reports, dashboards,



and presentations for leadership

Support governance activities with a business-oriented approach

Ensure clear communication and follow-up across all stakeholders

Requisitos principales 4+ years of experience in PMO, Project Coordinator, Business Analyst, or similar

Experience in transformation, continuous improvement, or business change initiatives

Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills

Ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable recommendations

Experience tracking actions, deliverables, KPIs, and progress reporting

Advanced Excel and experience with reporting or dashboarding tools (Power BI a plus)

Strong communication and organizational skills
