Overview

As Principal Enterprise Architect with Professional Services, you guide architecture across the transformation lifecycle to deliver long-term value. You connect business goals with technical delivery, shaping target architectures and transition plans while ensuring executive confidence. You lead governance, collaboration across delivery teams and partners, and foster adoption of strategic architectural decisions.

This role offers influence over major transformation programs and the opportunity to work with executive stakeholders in a general software company.

Responsabilidades Assess and advance architectural intent from pre-sales

Provide architectural leadership across the full transformation lifecycle

Convert pre-sales success roadmap into a managed transition plan with sequencing and risk controls

Develop industry-specific architectural perspectives and translate them into target-state architectures and phased plans

Foster executive trust and act as strategic advisor to senior business and technology leaders

Collaborate with licensing and services sales to improve major initiatives

Coordinate architectural efforts among delivery teams, SMEs,



and partners to maintain build integrity

Establish and lead architecture governance and assurance forums

Partner with pre-sales to feed lessons learned and improve patterns and reference architectures

Requisitos principales Enterprise architecture leadership across large-scale transformation programs

Strong grounding in TOGAF and governance frameworks

Broad understanding of digital marketing, data, and activation ecosystems

Ability to translate architectural choices into business outcomes for executives

Trusted advisor to senior executives

Understanding of AI, automation, and emerging agentic models in enterprise platforms

Experience with delivery teams, partners, and vendors to maintain build integrity

Structured change and adoption experience (ADKAR)

Collaborative, outcomes-focused leadership with emphasis on value and adoption

Fluency in English and Spanish (additional European languages a plus)
