You shepherd the project from concept through soft launch and live operations, balancing the economy and monetization to sustain long-term engagement. You collaborate cross-functionally to translate player motivations into features, and you guide a design team toward high-impact, data-informed decisions.

Responsabilidades Own and drive the games vision aligned with product goals and communicate clearly to team and stakeholders

Lead ideation and translate player motivations into UX stories, wireframes, and feature design

Mentor and grow a designers team with clear goals and high execution standards

Partner with product, engineering, and art to guide features from concept to implementation





Improve design tools and processes to streamline the pipeline and boost efficiency

Requisitos principales Effective communicator with outstanding verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills

Strong mathematical concepts and formula creation in a game environment

Proven history of designing systems that influence player behaviors and achieve KPI

Expert in crafting features, systems, core loops, economies, and meta-designs

Experience in a live service game environment with responsiveness to community feedback

Solid experience in the gaming industry in a design role with contributions to multiple released titles
