Overview As Principal Product Manager for Elastic Security, you shape product direction for strategic enterprise accounts. You translate diverse customer needs into a coherent roadmap, balancing stakeholder priorities and ensuring value for the wider market. You'll own the enhancement-request pipeline, collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Legal, and maintain trusted executive relationships.

with data and judgment Collaborate with product and engineering to write actionable requirements Support deal cycles with product input for RFPs and security questionnaires Navigate tensions between customer contracts and internal roadmaps Create artifacts (roadmap trackers, dashboards, memos) for visibility Advocate for customer needs while balancing market-wide impact Requisitos principales 7–10 years of product management experience, with at least 4 years in B2B enterprise software Direct experience with named strategic accounts Experience with hyperscalers, MSSPs and/or PubSec is a plus Hands-on knowledge of SIEM, SOAR, XDR or security operations platforms Proven ability to run structured enhancement-request pipelines at scale Executive presence with C-suite stakeholders Strong written and spoken communication skills Ability to influence across Product, Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Legal Comfort with AI-augmented work and driving complex initiatives Ability to work autonomously in a distributed team Executive presence Cross-functional leadership Structured thinking SIEM SOAR XDR
