WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?At least 3/4 years of experience in IT within a large enterprise environment3–4 years of hands-on experience in troubleshooting, packet capture, and configuration of network and security devicesSolid experience with: WAN, LAN, WLANVPN and Remote Access solutionsFirewalls (configuration and troubleshooting), Palo Alto preferred.Internet Proxies, load balancers,



data centers (Cisco ACI preferred).Strong troubleshooting skills for complex network and security incidents (L2 support)Experience working with network monitoring and management toolsGood understanding of network security concepts (DMZs, VLANs, partner connections, etc.)Familiarity with corporate security standards, Computer Systems Validation & Compliance rules, and internal IT processesAbility to lead cross-functional technical task forces and coordinate with multiple stakeholdersStrong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a problem-solving attitudeProfessional proficiency in English (spoken and written); any additional language is a plus WHAT WILL YOU DO? Provide second-level technical support for Network and Security Services, including: WAN, LAN, WLAN, VLANDMZs and partner connectionsFirewalls, Internet Proxies, Remote Access and VPNPerform advanced troubleshooting and packet capture analysis to resolve complex incidentsPrepare and document incident reports, ensuring proper escalation and follow-up until resolutionLead infrastructure cross-functional task forces for trouble
