The Role

As a Strategic Partner Business Developer, your mission is taking ownership of partner activation, engagement and commercial performance within your assigned region.

Partner & Sales Enablement
- Serve as the central point of contact and proactive advisor for partner sales teams and their leadership.
- Strengthen partner relationships through regular communication and strategic engagement rom individual sales representatives to regional leadership.




- Activate partner sales teams through initial enablement sessions, ongoing engagement and targeted commercial activities, moving teams to consistent partner-driven pipeline generation.
- Design and deliver sales enablement training to equip sales teams with partner knowledge and strategies (i.e. through workshops).

Pipeline & Opportunity Management
- Define and execute pipeline generation strategies to maximize partner-driven leads.
- Work closely with partner Account Managers and sales leaders to identify opportunities, remove blockers and define concrete actions to increase partner engagement and pipeline generation.
- Qualify partner-generated leads and opportunities, understand the prospect's business needs, and ensure a smooth handover to the Partner Account Executive.

Lead Generation & Engagement
- Collaborate closely with Partner Account Executives, Marketing, CX teams, and Partner Sales Management to ensure alignment an
