Key responsibilities include: Leading and developing a customer experience team within a premium service environment Driving operational performance through KPI management and continuous improvement initiatives Delivering coaching, performance development, and engagement strategies Managing escalations and ensuring service excellence across all customer interactions Collaborating closely with stakeholders and client operations teams Candidate profile: Advanced English level (C1 minimum) Advanced Spanish level (C1 minimum)
