- Translate margin trading, commodities trading, and automated recurring investments into accessible, low-friction user journeys
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to diagnose funnel bottlenecks and validate product hypotheses
- Improve trading conversion, drop-off rates, customer engagement, adoption, and retention
- Contribute to scalable design architecture and apply high UX standards across investment areas
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Risk, Legal, Data, and Compliance teams to shape the product roadmap and validate customer problems
- Ensure feasible and compliant feature implementations in a regulated environment.

- Mandatory experience designing for complex fintech, brokerage, trading, or wealth management ecosystems
- Exceptional proficiency in Figma, rapid prototyping, and interaction design
