Overview In this role you will shape the CX Automation product strategy and lead cross-functional delivery to enhance the customer experience. You will partner with the Product Director to identify opportunities, build business cases, and prioritize the roadmap. You'll guide multi-disciplinary teams through development, rollout, and optimization, balancing business needs with delightful user journeys.

Responsabilidades Drive the strategy for new and existing products with the Product Director

Identify opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders to solve business and consumer problems

Build or support business cases and prioritize the product roadmap

Lead cross-functional teams to develop concepts, milestones, and rollout





Balance business requirements and customer experience to build best-in-class inventory

Manage multiple projects while maintaining the big picture

Requisitos principales 5+ years in product development or strategy consulting

Ideally experience in the travel industry

Ideally experience with customer service automation processes and AI-driven customer support solutions

Demonstrated ability to manage and develop high-performing teams

Strong analytical and quantitative skills with evidence-based decision making

Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with bias for action

Excellent verbal and written communication across all levels and with external partners communication collaboration adaptability

Experience with customer service automation processes
