Overview

As Engineering Product Manager, you connect Engineering and Game Product teams to translate technical needs into business value. You'll own engineering product roadmaps, backlogs, and cross-functional alignment, shaping how engineering initiatives drive game quality and growth. You'll balance business impact with technical effort, guiding releases and defining success metrics.

Responsabilidades

Gather requirements with engineering leads and game product managers to inform roadmaps for engineering initiatives

Own and maintain the backlog for internal engineering products and platforms

Coordinate communications across Engineering, Game Product, QA, Analytics and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle

Translate business and technical needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and specifications

Plan feature development, timelines, releases, and stakeholder communications





Recommend priorities based on business value and engineering effort

Define success metrics and monitor product performance for continuous improvement

Establish standards for requirements, documentation, release notes, and user guides

Lead roadmap reviews, planning sessions, and cross-functional meetings

Identify opportunities to improve internal tools, workflows, and engineering processes

Requisitos principales 3+ years of Product Management experience, preferably supporting technical products or engineering teams

Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and modern software development practices

Ability to discuss technical concepts including Unity, JavaScript, APIs, backend services, cloud infrastructure, mobile applications, and game development

Ability to understand technical tradeoffs and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Strong organizational, prioritization, and project management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience writing product requirements and maintaining product documentation strong communication stakeholder management team collaboration
