experience provider to recruit a Danish-speaking Customer Service
Representative for their on-site team in Barcelona or Benalmadena
or Valencia. This is your opportunity to be part of a growing

Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of
contact for customers, delivering support that goes beyond

contacts via phone, email, chat, and other channels to resolve user
inquiries Log cases accurately in the system and provide timely
responses within service level agreements Maintain a deep
understanding of services and products tailored to the electric




vehicle industry Collaborate with teammates and offer support
during absences or increased workloads Fulfill administrative
duties such as tracking leave and attending scheduled sessions
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives led by your
Supervisor or Mentor Maintain high standards of quality, service
performance, and customer satisfaction Qualifications: Are
proficient or bilingual in Danish and fluent in English Have at
least 1 year of experience in a customer service environment
Possess basic IT knowledge (Windows, MS Office, internet settings)
Show a proactive attitude and enjoy helping people Are capable of
taking ownership and solving customer issues efficiently Bring
experience from the automotive or electric vehicle industry – a
strong advantage Are naturally collaborative, adaptable, and eager
to grow
