Overview In this role you help shape product delivery by translating user needs into actionable improvements. You collaborate with the product and design teams to explore ideas, validate them with user feedback, and support cross-functional launches. You'll build prototypes and PoCs to accelerate features, while ensuring clear specifications and metrics. Responsabilidades Participate in user interviews and analyze feedback to aid prioritization

Identify and suggest improvements via Customer Journey mapping and Jobs to Be Done analyses

Groom and maintain the product backlog with well-defined tickets

Manage daily product-related incidents and resolve cross-team questions





Create prototypes and provide specs and visual guidance with Design

Collaborate with developers on PoCs to speed up launches

Support QA on specific features as needed

Coordinate cross-functional communications for feature launches

Identify process improvements and implement automation for efficiency

Requisitos principales Solid experience in a similar role

Experience shipping AI-powered features and ability to discuss outcomes

User-centric mindset with regular user engagement and data-driven roadmapping

Clear writing in specs, stories, and decisions

Ability to manage trade-offs in a fast-paced environment

Proactive, direct, and evidence-driven decision making

Fluent in English and Spanish user-centric data-informed clear written communication
