Overview

As Product Owner in Kantoxs Dynamic Hedging team, you own a product variant and help grow another, shaping how companies manage FX. You will lead discovery, nurture an evidence-driven backlog, and write clear PRDs to guide product decisions. You participate actively in Scrum, define and track OKRs, and document features for internal teams.

Based in Barcelona, you'll collaborate with engineering, data, sales, and client success, bringing the voice of the customer into every build. You'll work on fintech-scale problems that convert FX from an operational burden into a competitive advantage.

Communicate product updates clearly across the company

Requisitos principales 3 to 5 years of product experience

Background in treasury or corporate finance; speak the client language

Proven track record of discovery, PRD writing, and structured PDLC delivery

Scrum-certified or equivalent Agile experience

Autonomous, accountable, outcome-oriented

Strong written and verbal communication

Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate

Experience in fintech or financial services is a plus fast and structured accountable proactive in escalation
