Overview In this role you drive adoption and value realisation of Unit4 Financials by partnering with Customer Success Managers to shape success plans. You'll identify adoption gaps, optimise finance processes, and promote standard functionality to enable scalable, future-ready ways of working. You act as a trusted adviser to improve governance, reporting, and decision-making, feeding customer needs back to Product and Engineering.

This is a customer-value led role in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Responsabilidades

Shape and evolve customer Success Plans with CSMs to link business objectives to product adoption

Identify adoption gaps and optimisation opportunities across Financials, Procurement, Reporting, Budgeting

Help customers improve efficiency, reporting accuracy, governance, and decision-making using Unit4 Financials

Promote standard functionality and reduce customisation to enable scalable processes

Analyse usage patterns and processes to find opportunities for value realisation

Support Value Enhancement Services by triaging needs to appropriate initiatives

Collaborate with Consulting, Support, Product Management,



and Customer Excellence to remove blockers

Represent the voice of the customer to Product, Engineering, and CX teams to drive improvements

Advise on financial process optimisation, reporting best practices, and digital transformation initiatives

Requisitos principales 4+ years in ERP consulting, ERP support, Customer Success, or solution delivery with a focus on financial management

Experience with Unit4 Financials (U4F) or Unit4 ERP or similar platforms

Strong understanding of core finance processes (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting/Forecasting, Reporting)

Ability to translate product capabilities into measurable business value

Confidence engaging with finance leaders and cross-functional teams

Strong analytical skills with data interpretation and practical recommendations

Experience with financial reporting, analytics, dashboards, data structures, and reporting tools

Ability to turn ambiguous needs into clear action plans

Proactive, consultative mindset focused on long-term customer success

Experience in Higher Education, Public Sector, Professional Services or Unit4-target industries advantageous strong communication stakeholder management analytical mindset
