Overview

As Test Leader, you define and drive the overall testing strategy to ensure product quality and compliance. You coordinate verification, validation and certification activities across system levels, and manage integration and reliability testing with traceability to requirements. You serve as the central planning contact, aligning plans with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions.

Responsabilidades Translate requirements into a test specification, assess feasibility, estimate resources and risk

Define test plan and schedule considering standards and certification needs

Define reliability testing aligned with DfSR practices and workshop outcomes

Prepare detailed test plans and coordinate execution by Test Engineers or external labs

Ensure execution of test plans with tracking, risk adaptation, and deviation escalation





Review literature for test lab actions and approve test documentation and evidence packages

Coordinate with certification bodies under the TDAP program

Coordinate with OTL and squad members to ensure alignment on planning and cross-functional execution

Requisitos principales Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering

Minimum 5 years of experience in electromechanical laboratory environment

Experience in agile product development environment

Knowledge of ISO-17025 management system and internal/external audits

Knowledge of IEC 60884 and IEC 60669 requirements for switches and socket outlets

Calibration and measurement system validation (Gage R&R;) management

Requirement & V&V; process management with tools like Reliasoft

Basic statistics knowledge (6 sigma green-belt) is a plus

Strong leadership and animation skills

Customer-oriented and analytical mindset

ISO-17025 knowledge

IEC 60884, IEC 60669 knowledge

Calibration and measurement system validation (Gage R&R;)
