Responsabilidades Support planning, coordination and execution of IT/technical projects (AI, cloud, automation)

Track progress, milestones, risks and budgets

Serve as a link between business stakeholders and IT teams (IT, data, cloud, development)

Translate business needs into actionable technical tasks for IT teams

Assist with basic technical activities such as data handling, scripting or automation





Utilize tools and platforms like Power Automate and AI solutions to improve workflows

Prepare project reports, dashboards and insights (Excel, Power BI when needed)

Organize project meetings, follow-ups and documentation

Coordinate timelines and resources across multiple projects

Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives and AI-driven use cases

Requisitos principales Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or similar

Strong interest and initial hands-on exposure to technical environments (AI, cloud, or development)

Knowledge of programming or scripting languages (e.g. Python)

Familiarity with automation tools (Power Automate preferred; Power Platform a plus)

Understanding of data, APIs, or system integrations is a plus

Proactive, organized and able to take ownership

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Comfort with Excel, Jira (Power BI a plus but not core)

Strong communication skills, able to work with both technical and business teams

Fluent in English; German is a plus
