Overview As Study Grants Manager at Novartis, you translate complex protocol plans into grant cost estimates and fair market value assessments to accelerate site activation and improve trial forecasting. You will collaborate with general teams to influence study design decisions and drive operational efficiency across trials. You'll support budgeting, start-up, and site contracting, shaping the cost framework for investigator-initiated and local studies.
