Overview In this role, you lead cross-functional teams to solve high-stakes client challenges and shape data-driven strategies. You'll synthesize insights, leverage advanced frameworks, and guide end-to-end delivery to create impactful solutions. You'll engage senior clients, articulate compelling narratives, and drive alignment across stakeholders. You'll mentor teams, contribute to knowledge building, and help advance BCG's transformation agenda with a practical, collaborative approach.

Requisitos principales At least 7 years of experience in top-tier companies or consulting firms

Minimum 2 years of project management and leadership experience

Proven ability to build relationships and manage clients across different seniority levels

Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills for transformative solutions

Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
