A Travel client in Barcelona, Spain is looking for a
Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team.
You'll help travellers with bookings and general trip support.
Start date: 31/Aug/26. In this role, you'll answer customer
questions by phone, email, and chat, keep accurate records of each
interaction, and escalate more complex cases to the right team when
needed. We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in
Dutch and are comfortable working in English day to day. Prior
customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full
training is provided. You can expect thorough initial training,
continuous coaching from your team lead, and a clear path for
