ABOUT THE POSITION We are looking for a Front Office Intern (M/F) for a 6-month internship to support our team from September 1st until the end of January 2027. Your main responsibilities will include: Front Desk: Management of check-ins and check-outs, guest assistance, billing, payments, phone calls and coordination of daily Front Office operations, ensuring an excellent guest experience throughout the stay. Concierge : Personalised recommendations, restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, activities, experiences and coordination of external services, contributing to guest satisfaction and loyalty.
