Requirements

Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience, ideally in key account management, project management, or Customer Success Management
Strong knowledge of HR and tax-related matters
Experience in Compensation & Benefits is an advantage
Strong service orientation, empathy,



excellent communication skills, and assertiveness
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
Strong planning and organisational skills
Confident handling of commercial and business-related matters
Fluent German and English, suitable for professional negotiations
Solid project management skills
