Overview In this role you drive delivery of innovative clinical research programs within ICON Biotechs General Medicine portfolio, with a dedicated focus on obesity studies. You lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects efficiently and compliantly, while developing team capability and stakeholder alignment. You will manage plans, timelines and budgets, identify risks, and present progress to senior leadership.

Proven track record delivering projects from inception to completion within scope, time, and budget

Strong leadership, organization, and stakeholder management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies; PMP or PRINCE2 advantageous

Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable; committed to continuous improvement

Willingness to travel (~30%)
