Задачи Lead and manage cross-product line projects from inception to completion

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources

Develop project plans and schedules and monitor progress

Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Applied Innovation, regulatory, engineering, and manufacturing

Identify and manage project risks and develop contingency plans Требования University degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Nanotechnology, or a related field

Master's degree or preferably PhD technicians with a Bachelor's degree and more than 5 years of experience may be considered under certain circumstances





Profound knowledge of colloidal chemistry and nanotechnology

Profound knowledge of laboratory and production‐scale equipment used for emulsions and Delivery System technologies and products

Profound knowledge of cosmetic and pharmaceutical Delivery System technologies

Fluent in English and Spanish

Strong leadership and communication skills

Experience working with intercultural and cross‐functional teams

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Knowledge of project management software and tools

Nice to have: Experience in the research and production of delivery systems and surfactants, knowledge of cosmetics applications, cosmetic actives, and Personal Care.
