Responsabilidades

Support pre-sales tasks: solution design, estimation, planning, and assumptions

Communicate client vision and expectations to the project team

Assign and supervise team tasks, vacations, and absences

Manage progress to meet deadlines, scope, and budget

Facilitate change requests and inform on schedule and budget impacts

Provide project visibility to client and CSM; lead follow-ups and steering committees





Alert operations to potential deviations; establish risk mitigation plans

Monitor project documentation; ensure deliverables meet quality standards

Lead project demos; resolve implementation issues

Maintain client relationships and drive customer satisfaction

Ensure objectives are met; evaluate project outcomes and lessons learned

Send customer satisfaction surveys

Identify Up & Cross-Selling opportunities

Lead team retrospectives and drive internal improvements

Support development, training, and supervision of the assigned team

Requisitos principales +5 years in Project Management leading Salesforce projects

+3 years end-to-end CRM implementation experience

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud

Proven experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM) and Jira

Professional proficiency in English (Medium-High level, fluent business communication)
