What You’ll Do:

Strategic HR Partner : to define and implement people strategies that align with business objectives.
Collaborate Across Functions : Co-lead and execute HR core processes across organizational management, talent development, performance management, compensation & benefits, labor law, and change management.
Employee Advocate : Be the go-to person for employee counselling, helping to resolve issues while promoting a positive work environment.
Drive HR Projects : Lead impactful HR initiatives and partner with business units on key projects that foster growth and development.
Influence & Advise : Provide expert guidance to business leaders on HR matters.




Integral Interaction : Work alongside a global network of HR professionals, contributing to projects and strategies across multiple regions.
What You Bring:

7+ years of HR experience

in

HRBP roles

within multinational, matrixed organizations.
Strong business acumen -Ability to align HR strategies with commercial objectives and drive measurable results.
Expertise in Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Labor Relations, and Organizational Development

as the rol of HRBP.
Experience in multinationals

with best-in-class HR processes covering the full employee lifecycle.
Fluent English: C1 is a must.
Exceptional stakeholder management -requiring top-tier communication and influence skills.
